Multifunction filter «Safecleaner»
Is a solution to prevent problems in smaller heating / water Glycol plants which have the risk to produce sludge, air coating and corrosion.
The filter is a simple, but safe way to maintain the plant’s operational reliability.
Function
Due to the continuous and effective effect of the filter, the magnetic filter will catch all impurities and sludge as well as magnetic particles. This will prevent growth, coating, and eventually corrosion. This will ensure that the heat source will have the best possible efficiency.
Installation
To ensure the best possible effect, we recommend installing the Safecleaner on the plant’s return pipe before the heat source, so that particles etc. are prevented from entering the heat source, this is important not least when starting the plant. Be careful to follow the flow direction marked on the “safe cleaner”.
Unique design allows to install the filter on:
- Vertical
- Horizontal
- And all other sloping pipes
